This programme will be held at Knights Hill Hotel and Spa, Kings Lynn and commences on Thursday 22nd September 2022.
It comprises 4 x 2-day modules delivered over a 4 month period in a face to face format.
It is an ‘open-course’ meaning leaders from various organisations and sectors will come together to share best practice and learn new leadership techniques.
Each of the 4 modules will run over a 2-day period.

Days 3 & 4: Leading Without Fear, Winning Hearts and Minds
Days 5 & 6: Brilliant Implementation – Ultimate People Management
Days 7 & 8: Organisational Performance to Accelerate Business Growth
The all-Inclusive price for the full programme includes:-

- Extensive immersive and practical, activity-based learning
- Venue hire, lunch and refreshments included for the full 8 days
- Personal one-to-one and group coaching and development throughout the programme including the provision of leading edge psychometric assessment (The Quest Profiler TM)
